DEMO POLICY

To provide the best demo experience, we kindly ask for a little of your time.

Our AI translation truly shines after we understand your business.
We prepare a demo tailored for your company, not just a generic demo.

Why is preparation necessary?

To learn the "right answers" for each customer

Cistate's AI translation does not rely on glossaries. By thoroughly analyzing and learning from your company's and industry peers' websites and publicly available information, our AI identifies the most appropriate terminology based on context. Maintaining a glossary is not required. The AI learns on its own and adapts to your company's tone and style.

To identify the real challenges

This is not just to show you the tool, but also to listen to the bottlenecks in your current translation workflow and structure the demo to include solutions. To prevent the common issue of “we implemented the tool, but no one used it,” we prepare proposals that include the entire operational workflow.

Process Leading Up to the Demo

Typically, it takes about 3 to 5 business days from your inquiry.

Day 1: Hearing Session

We will ask about your current challenges, the documents to be translated, and the goals you wish to achieve during an online meeting. If you have any sample documents for evaluation, please share them with us (a glossary is not required).

Day 2-3: Web Analysis & Learning

Our AI will crawl and analyze your company’s and industry organizations’ websites and public documents. We train the AI on industry-specific terminology and your company's unique style of expression to build the optimal translation model.

Day 4-5: Demonstration

You will be able to check the actual translation accuracy and usability in an environment customized specifically for your company. We will also provide a comparison with general-purpose engines and propose specific operational workflows.

Our Promise

Because we may keep you waiting, we will make sure to deliver quality and proposals that meet your expectations.
Please feel free to contact us first.
